Restorative Pilates

Restorative Pilates honours the traditional Pilates repertoire with some gentle mobilising movements and stretches.

The sequences flows at a slower pace with attention to detail on improving your range of movement whilst maintaining body awareness.

Will all have limitations when moving so these will be addressed in class. If you have any old or new injured please let us know so we can tailor the class to your needs.

You will learn to appreciate where you are in your body and how best to serve it.

All you need is you and your mat, however you can bring a cushion to class, a resistance band and physio ball if you have one. Wear something you feel comfortable moving in and lay your mat in an open space.
