Baby & Me Pilates


This is a class specifically for mummies and their babies! For those who are looking for a focused approach to ease you back into exercise after birth and beyond.

Each class involves a series of movements designed to help you regain and improve posture and strengthen your deep core.

We will focus on body awareness, stretching and building a strong base of support whilst bonding with your little one.

If you are returning to exercise after giving birth, please check with your doctor first before exercising. The class is ideally suitable 6-8 weeks after a natural birth or 12 weeks after a caesarean section.

Anyone suffering with Rectus Diastasis is welcome in class, I am trained in Pre and Postnatal Exercise as well as Pre and Postnatal Pilates.

Spaces in class are limited so booking in advance is advised. Please read the Booking Options for more details.

Babies welcome from 6-8 Weeks (Post six week Doctors Check) up to pre-walkers (2yrs).

Purchase a Baby & Me class pass and book in advance using the booking calendar.

Your booking secures you of a place in class on all the classes you choose.

Class spaces are limited so advance booking is recommended to secure your place each week.

If you are unable to attend you must cancel 24 hours prior to class to avoid being charged.

You can use your Baby & Me class pass to book in for Dynamic Pilates as well.

No refund on class passes.

Class passes do not expire.
