Core Pilates

Core Pilates is a class that focuses on the deep tummy muscles with the use of weighted Pilates balls, bands and physio ball.

Ideal for those that suffer with back pain and need a focused approach to strengthening stomach and back muscles. Progressions will be given to those that can advance their movements.

When attending an online mat class you will need: a mat, cushion or pillow, resistance band, physio ball and some hand weights.

In person classes all equipment will be provided.
