Hardcore Pilates
Classes are taught with upbeat music and the additional use of weighted Pilates Balls, giving the session an intentional workout.
The class has a positive energy and fun feel to it. You will flow through most of the classical system to advanced level.
Every move will have a fundamental set up and various options can be demonstrated so you can choose what’s best for you.
Intermediate and advanced students benefit the most from this class as previous experience and knowledge is required.
