This class will take place at Stanza Fitness, Trim St, Bath.

Hardcore is the class to target and strengthen your core muscles like never before. With the use of the gym equipment we can achieve a stronger and fitter waistline by combining standing core exercises which will have you bending, lifting and twisting!

Exercises will consist of integrated movements that will engage multiple muscles groups at once. You will certainly get fitter whilst building a good foundation for increasing muscle efficiency and power.

Expect to leave this class with a hardcore and a stronger body.

Please note if you are someone who has a spinal fusion or any serious spinal injury this class will not be suitable. I do offer one-to-one training for those that require consideration for movement and specific exercises for core rehabilitation.

Purchase a Class Pass. You can purchase classes and book in advance using the booking calendar and cancel your classes freely within 24 hours of class.

Your booking secures you of a place in class on all the classes you choose and you will receive email confirmation on your booking.

If you are unable to attend you must cancel your booking more than 24 hours prior to class to avoid being charged and your account will be re-credited.

You will be charged a session fee for not showing to class or canceling sessions within the 24hr noticed period.

Class spaces are limited therefore you can book 8 classes in advance to secure your place. You can use your Hardcore classes to book in for Dynamic Pilates as well.

No refund on class passes and class passes do not expire.

Before your first class I will email you a healthcare questionnaire to check on your suitability for class.
